Scope

These terms govern enrollment in and participation of the Keystone course, a live online cohort offered at ai-beavers.com/keystone. Data processing for the course is described in the Keystone Privacy Notice.

Application and Contract Formation

• Submitting the application form is free and does not commit you to enrolling or paying.
• If your application is a fit, we send you a seat offer with the price, cohort dates, and payment details.
• A binding contract forms when you accept the seat offer by paying the invoice or by confirming acceptance in writing as described in the offer.
• Seats are limited and offered while available. We may decline applications that are not a fit for the course.

Price and Payment

• The price stated in your seat offer applies. Prices shown on the course page, including early-bird pricing, can change between cohorts.
• Prices shown are net of VAT. Whether VAT applies, and at what rate, depends on your billing country and status and is determined at invoicing.
• Payment is made against an invoice issued to you or your company, using the billing details from your application. Invoices state applicable VAT.
• Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.

Keystone Guarantee

Keystone is covered by the Keystone Guarantee. Attend the first live session. If the course is not right for you, tell us by email within 48 hours of the end of that session and we refund the full price - no forms required.

After this window, fees are non-refundable except where these terms or statutory law provide otherwise.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you enroll as a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of contract formation without giving reasons. To withdraw, email [email protected] with a clear statement of withdrawal before the deadline.

If the course starts within the withdrawal period and you ask us to begin performance before the period ends, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part of the course already delivered. The Keystone Guarantee above applies independently and is often more generous. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Course Delivery

• The course runs as live online sessions in English over roughly one month, plus office hours and a follow-up clinic as described on the course page.
• Session recordings are shared with participants of the cohort, so missing a live session does not set you back.
• We may adjust individual session dates or replace an instructor for good cause with reasonable notice.
• If a cohort cannot run (for example, too few participants), we offer you a seat in a later cohort or a full refund.

Materials and Recordings

• Course materials, templates, and recordings are for your personal use and use inside your own team or company. Reselling, republishing, or sharing them outside that circle is not permitted.
• Live sessions may be recorded for participants. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off during sessions.
• Everything you build on your own work during the course remains yours.

Participation and Conduct

• Treat instructors and other participants respectfully.
• Do not paste confidential customer, employee, legal, financial, or medical data into AI tools during exercises. Use a safe practice case if you cannot use real work.
• You are responsible for complying with your employer's policies when practicing on company work.
• We may exclude participants who seriously or repeatedly violate these rules; statutory rights regarding refunds in such cases remain unaffected.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.

The course teaches methods and judgment. Decisions you make with AI tools in your own work, and the outputs of third-party AI services, remain your responsibility.

Final Provisions

• German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
• If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• We may update these terms for future cohorts. The version referenced in your seat offer applies to your enrollment.
