Everyone uses AI. Few are actually good at it.

This is not about adding another AI tool to your stack. It is about changing how you think when you work with AI, so the result is better and it takes less time to get there. Once that clicks, most problems stop feeling unsolvable.

Sound familiar?

  1. 01

You use AI daily, but every task still feels like starting from zero.

  2. 02

You spend more time cleaning up the AI's draft than the task would have taken on your own.

  3. 03

You ask a developer, or wait on IT, for something you could fix yourself with AI today.

Who is this for?

People who want to solve problems themselves and move faster in their own job. Some go further and become the person their team turns to instead of IT - that is a bonus, not the price of entry.

What will you be able to do?

In four weeks, you’ll have a practical system for using AI confidently at work.

  1. 01

    See the system clearly

Choose the right model, mode, and context on purpose - no more typing into the default chat and hoping.

  2. 02

Know what you need before you ask

Spot the work worth doing and turn it into a brief and plan worth running. Catch a bad approach early, including when the right fix is not AI.

  3. 03

Trust what comes back, or fix it

Spot when a polished answer is wrong, find the gap with evidence, and get to a result you can stand behind.

  4. 04

    Make it stick

Turn a good result into a reusable way of working. Build templates and habits your team can repeat without relying on you.

How does this show up at work?

You see the problem and ship the fix yourself, without a ticket to IT. A PM prototypes before the client sits down; a marketer has the campaign page live the same afternoon.

Pick your function below for concrete examples.

Recruiting
Screen like you built the ATS yourself. A fit profile built from the people who actually thrived in the seat, not the job ad A role page you can test with candidates this week, without waiting on brand A structured-interview kit scored from real transcripts, so debriefs stop being vibes A pipeline radar from your ATS export that shows where candidates stall and drop A candidate FAQ assistant on your process and timeline, so screens stop repeating themselves
HR
Stop being the helpdesk for questions a system could answer. A policy assistant on your actual handbook, so Slack stops being HR A first-week path for managers, built from the last messy onboardings An exit-interview readout that names the three real reasons people leave A survey digest that flags the team trending down before it becomes a resignation A headcount view from the HRIS export, ready before the planning meeting, not after
Sales
Show the thing. Don't wait for a deck or a demo environment. A working walkthrough or ROI calculator you can open on the call Recreate their current workflow from what they told you, then show the after A call-notes read across the quarter that names the objection actually killing deals A pipeline radar that flags deals going quiet before the forecast call An RFP answerer built from your past responses, so questionnaires stop eating your week
Customer success
Build the save. Don't wait on a health-score project. A health pass from usage exports and tickets that pings you before the QBR A how-to the customer can click, so you stop sending the same Loom A churn read across last quarter's lost accounts, with the warning signs named A QBR story built from their own usage data, ready the morning of, not the week before An onboarding path that adapts to the customer's plan, instead of one generic doc
Customer support
Close the loop that used to need engineering. A bug report with the steps, logs, and screenshots engineering needs, no huddle required A weekly "this is a product hole" note that PMs can act on A ticket read of the month's queue that shows five issues driving half the volume A troubleshooting guide built from solved tickets that customers can actually follow A reply library mined from your best answers, so new agents sound senior in week one
Marketing
Ship the page before the ticket is picked up. A clickable campaign or waitlist live the same afternoon A quiz or calculator that captures the lead, without waiting on web A campaign read across last quarter that says what to cut and what to double A competitor radar on their pages and pricing, so launches stop surprising you A reporting view that answers "did it work" without filing a data request
Product management
Prototype from this week's feedback before the client sits down. A clickable flow from the latest research, in the room, not a ticket Recreate the competitor path and have your alternative ready by standup A feedback read across tickets, calls, and reviews that ranks what users actually hit An adoption tracker from the usage export, so launch reviews stop being anecdotes A working prototype of the riskiest assumption, tested before it costs a sprint
Design
Put something in people's hands before the next critique. An interactive concept from the transcript, same day Three IA options as a clickable tree, not a slide A usability read across session recordings that shows where people actually get lost A real-copy version of the flow, so stakeholders react to the product, not lorem ipsum A handoff page developers can query, instead of twenty Slack threads per screen
Finance
See the story in the export before someone builds you a dashboard. A close pass that flags the weird rows from this month's file A spend map that shows the duplicate tools nobody asked to buy A variance story from budget vs actuals, ready before the CFO asks what happened A scenario calculator the business can play with, instead of emailing you for reruns An invoice triage that sorts the inbox by what actually needs a human
Admin
Kill the email ping-pong without an IT project. A request form that files itself in the right place A visitor or travel flow that stops the back-and-forth An inbox read that shows which five requests eat your week, with a fix for each A renewals-and-deadlines radar for the office, so nothing expires as a surprise An FAQ assistant for parking, access, and equipment questions, so they stop landing on you
Operations
Replace the spreadsheet nobody updates. An intake that is the process, not a Notion page about the process A tracker for the repeat failure from last month's incidents A bottleneck read from the workflow export that shows where handoffs actually stall A status view built from the tools you already use, live before the ops review A runbook the team can query mid-incident, instead of paging the one person who knows
Legal
Unblock the business on the twelve questions they ask every week. An intake that asks what counsel actually needs, so you are not the bottleneck A playbook they can query instead of waiting on your queue A contract-portfolio read that flags the clauses drifting from your standard An obligations radar from signed contracts, so renewal and notice dates stop hiding A first-pass NDA review against your checklist, done before the meeting it blocks
Procurement
Run the eval before vendors run it for you. A working side-by-side (price, SLA, lock-in) from the decks, not a meeting A renewal radar so the term does not sneak up in three weeks A spend read across the year's POs that shows where off-contract buying happens A vendor-intake form that collects what you'll ask for anyway, before the first call A policy assistant for "can I just buy this", so requests arrive complete, not half-baked

Meet your instructors

Trusted by the industry's leading companies. Trusted by people globally.

We've taught this in workshops for enterprise teams, SMEs, universities, and public institutions. AI BEAVERS, the builder community we run across 12 countries, grew out of the same work - with events backed by Google DeepMind, OpenAI, and Cursor.

We've worked with these models since the week ChatGPT launched - before the courses, the playbooks, and the polished tools existed. Everything in this course was figured out on real work first, then taught.

The habits you'll learn are the ones we use every day: plan before you generate, break work into small steps you can verify, and give the model the missing context instead of arguing with it.

What's included when you join?

  • 4 live sessions

3.5-4 hours each, online. Teaching, demos, exercises, group critique.

  • Practice between sessions

Apply the method to one real work problem, or a safe practice case.

  • The kit

Brief, checklists, field guide, and a worked example from your month.

  • Office hours and a +30-day clinic

Weekly drop-in during the month. One check-in after it ends.

  • Alumni group

A private channel that stays open after the month. Talk to peers, exchange ideas, keep the habit.

The month

What does the month look like, week by week?

  1. 01

    Week 1

    How AI actually works

A correct picture of the systems, where they break, and real fluency with a frontier platform - voice, modes, deep research, connectors and agents, persistent context.

  2. 02

    Week 2

    Find and frame the problem

Spot the work that is worth it, write a brief a model can nail, judge the plan before anything runs.

  3. 03

    Week 3

    Build, test, debug

Choose the right way to build it, test it like an adult, recover with evidence when it fails.

  4. 04

    Week 4

    Make it stick

Turn your workflow into something a teammate can run - pilot it, hand it off, and close with a showcase of what people actually did.

What people say about learning with us

  • My whole week is CRM lists and screening profiles. After the workshop I built a small internal tool for exactly that, as a complete non-developer. My colleagues use it too now. Still feels a bit unreal to be honest.

    Maximilian

    Head of Sales Operations, DealCircle

  • What an amazing course! What I found most useful was learning to judge the answers properly, when to trust them and when to check. I used to rewrite half of what came out. Follow-ups after a trade fair now take me a day instead of a week.

    Kerstin

    Senior Global Business Development, logineer

  • I build AI automations for clients, so honestly I expected to know most of it. Nope. Took more notes than I have in years. The way they break a problem down before touching the model is now how we run projects at the studio.

    Martin

    Project Manager, Studio84.ai

  • After 20 years in IT you develop a good feeling on what a good course looks like. Clear thinking, real examples, highly practical and methods I could apply to our client projects the same day. Thank you both!

    Thomas

    Co-Founder & CSO, Asteyo

  • Between my day job in purchasing, a part-time degree, and a side business, my time is tight. This was worth it. I use it almost daily for supplier data and price overviews, and half of it went straight into the onboarding project I run for our team. Also super useful for non-work related tasks!

    Kim

    Procurement Specialist, EDEKA

What is Keystone not?

  • Not a ChatGPT feature tour.
  • Not prompt-trick training.
  • Not an AI product-management course.
  • Not a developer or agent-building bootcamp.
  • Not a webinar you half-watch on mute.

Get your company to pay for this

Most companies have a professional-development budget, and right now AI training is its easiest approval. You don't need to write a business case - it's below, ready to send.

  1. Send the email below

The approval request is already written. Copy it, add your manager's name, press send.

  2. Forward our invoice

After you enroll, we send an invoice made out to your company, ready for finance or your L&D team.

  3. Close the loop

When the month ends, you get a short completion note for your manager - proof the budget was well spent.

To: your manager

Hi [manager], I'd like to enroll in Keystone, a live one-month AI course for business professionals: https://ai-beavers.com/keystone Why it's worth it for us: - The practice between sessions happens on real tasks from my desk, so it pays back during the course, not after. - I come back with reusable templates and a repeatable method the team can copy - not a folder of notes. - It's taught live in a small group by the founders of AI BEAVERS, who run Germany's biggest AI hackathon and have trained 500+ people in person. The early-bird price is €1,200 plus VAT where applicable until 13 Sept (then €1,800), and they invoice us as a company. Can we cover it from the development budget before the deadline? Thanks, [your name] P.S. It might be worth sending two or three of us together - a shared way of working beats one person explaining it back.

Questions before you join

Do I need to be technical?

No. This is for business work. If you can do your job, you can do this.

I barely use AI. Is this too advanced?

No. Session 1 starts with how the systems work. You will not be left behind.

I already use ChatGPT every day. Is this too basic?

If you still get polished-but-wrong answers, pick tools at random, or cannot reuse what worked last week - this is for you. If you want model internals or engineering workflows, it is not.

How much time does Keystone take each week?

About 4 hours live plus 1-2 hours of practice between sessions, spread across one month. Weekly office hours are about one extra hour, and optional. Not a second job.

What's the difference between weekly office hours and the +30-day clinic?

Weekly office hours run during the month, about one hour, drop-in, any question. The +30-day clinic is one session after the course ends - a check-in on how the work is landing, plus leftover questions.

Is there an alumni group after the course?

Yes. You get access to a private alumni group with your cohort and later graduates. Use it to talk to peers, exchange ideas, and keep using the method after the month ends.

What if I miss a live session?

Recordings are shared for each session, so missing one will not set you back. Live attendance is still worth prioritizing - the room, the critique, and the real-time Q&A do not replay the same.

What if I can't make these dates?

Drop your email in the "Can't make these dates?" box near the application form. We'll email you as soon as the next dates are set - no application or payment needed now.

What if I cannot use real company work?

Use a safe practice case. It counts. Do not paste confidential customer, employee, legal, financial, or medical data.

Is this a certification?

No. You leave with habits, a kit, and work you can reuse. Not a certificate theater.

What tools do I need?

ChatGPT or Claude, or a company-approved tool with the same job. We teach the method, not one vendor.

Is this for engineers or developers?

No. If you already build with AI as an engineer and want engineering-level workflows, this is not it. Keystone is for business work - recruiting, HR, sales, customer success, customer support, marketing, product management, design, finance, admin, operations, legal, and procurement.

Will my company pay for this?

Most companies treat this as professional development, and AI training is an easy approval. This page includes a ready-to-send approval email for your manager, and we provide an invoice made out to your company plus a short completion note for your manager or L&D team.

What language and format is Keystone taught in?

Live online, in English.

Does applying commit me to anything?

No. Applying is free and commits you to nothing. If your application is a fit, seat and payment terms will be clear before you pay.

What is the Keystone Guarantee?

You're covered. Attend the first live session. If it's not right, tell us within 48 hours and we refund the full price - no forms, no hard feelings.

How much does it cost?

The early price shown on this page is €1,200 (save €600 vs €1,800) and holds for seats confirmed by 13 Sept. Prices exclude VAT. Where VAT applies for your billing country, it is added and shown on your invoice. If your application is a fit, we'll share payment details before you commit.

I'm paying privately and the price is a stretch. Any options?

Yes. We reserve a few subsidized seats per cohort for people covering this themselves. Reach out to us at [email protected] with a short note on your situation, and we'll see what we can do.
