- Why can't I order right now?
- Merch orders are paused while we prepare the next drop. Join the waitlist on this page and we will email you when ordering opens again.
- How do I pick the right size?
- This is an oversized fit - it runs large intentionally. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. When in doubt, go with your regular size for a true oversized feel.
- What delivery options will be available?
- When orders reopen, you will be able to pick up at a Hamburg AI BEAVERS meetup for free, or ship to your door for an additional shipping fee (from €4.99 within Germany, up to €24.99 worldwide). In-person pickup is Hamburg-only for now.
- Do prices include shipping?
- No. The displayed price includes VAT but does not include shipping. When ordering reopens, shipping is added at checkout if you choose delivery. Hamburg event pickup is free.
- When will I receive my order?
- Timelines depend on the drop. Once orders reopen and production finishes, we email pickup or shipping details. Waitlist members hear first when a drop goes live.
