AI BEAVERS

Sponsors and partners

Sponsor the events AI builders actually show up for.

Back Build Fridays, Cursor Meetups, the Agentic Coding Studio, or a flagship moment in Hamburg. One event or a recurring series.

What you can sponsor

Clear formats, not vague partnership language

Each format reaches a slightly different slice of the community. That makes it easier to match the sponsorship to your actual goal.

Bi-weekly on Fridays

Build Fridays

These are working sessions first. Sponsors fit best when they make the room more useful, whether through presence, practical support, or a thoughtful contribution.

Audience: Startup founders and operators building side by side.

Sponsor fit: A strong fit for tools, infrastructure, founder services, and hiring brands.

Quarterly

Cursor Meetups

Deeper than a general meetup. Sponsors show up here when they want product education, demos, or conversations with people already shipping.

Audience: Practitioners already using Cursor and similar AI coding tools.

Sponsor fit: A natural home for devtools, infrastructure, and technical education.

Monthly on Sundays

Agentic Coding Studio

This format is more intimate and operator-heavy. It works for sponsors who want repeated trust with serious builders, not just a logo hit.

Audience: Advanced builders exploring agentic coding workflows and real implementations.

Sponsor fit: Best for technical products that benefit from hands-on credibility.

Flagship moments

Hackathons and flagship events

This is where sponsorship can go beyond visibility and become part of the event itself, while still staying useful to the builders in the room.

Audience: Large, high-intent builder gatherings with wider market visibility.

Sponsor fit: Best for bigger activations, challenge tracks, judging, prizes, or deeper co-branded presence.

How partnerships usually work

Most sponsors start in one of three lanes

You do not need a custom deck to begin. These are the standard ways companies usually plug into AI BEAVERS.

Presence

For sponsors who want to be in the room and on the event surface without forcing stage time.

  • Logo on the event page and selected promotional materials
  • Sponsor credit in the event setup where relevant
  • Reserved seats for your team
  • A clean first test of the audience before going bigger

Spotlight

For sponsors who want presence plus one clearly useful moment that adds value for the audience.

  • Everything in Presence
  • One approved segment such as a short demo, lightning talk, or brief intro
  • Post-event mention or recap placement when relevant
  • A tighter fit for recruiting, launches, or product education

Series or flagship partner

For sponsors who want continuity across a recurring format or a deeper role in a larger flagship event.

  • Repeated presence across selected events or channels
  • Closer planning on how your brand shows up across the series
  • Potential co-branded moments where the format supports it
  • A better fit for companies that want a relationship, not a one-off logo placement

Past partners include

  • OpenAI
  • Google DeepMind
  • Cursor
  • n8n
  • LangChain
  • ElevenLabs
  • Manus
  • Superhuman

Flagship proof

The hackathon shows what deeper sponsorship can look like

In January 2026, our Hamburg hackathon brought together 400+ builders for a 2-day in-person event backed by sponsors including OpenAI, Cursor, Google DeepMind, ElevenLabs, n8n, LangChain, and others.

400+
builders attended in Hamburg
2-day
in-person flagship format
$300K+
prizes and partner support

That format is not the only sponsorship path we offer, but it proves the ceiling. The recurring formats are where sponsors build continuity with the audience between flagship moments.

Guardrails

What we do not offer

Good sponsorship only works when the community still trusts the format. These are the lines we intentionally keep.

No attendee-data sales or contact-list exports.
No open-mic sales pitches. Stage moments are approved in advance.
No sponsor takeover of private community channels.
No white-label events that turn the community into a product launch.

FAQ

Sponsorship questions, answered

The fast answers most sponsors need before a first conversation.

What can we sponsor?+

You can sponsor a single event, a recurring format, newsletter placement, or a larger flagship activation such as a hackathon or special event. The right answer depends on who you want to reach and how often you want to show up.

Do you have standard packages or do you tailor them?+

Most conversations start with three simple paths: Presence, Spotlight, or a recurring series or flagship partnership. From there, the package is shaped around the event format, your goals, and what will actually add value to the room.

Can we speak or demo on stage?+

Yes, when the format fits and the content is useful to the audience. We do not sell open stage time. Any segment is approved in advance so the event still feels builder-first.

Do you share attendee lists or private channel access?+

No. We do not sell attendee data, export private community contacts, or hand over community channels to sponsors. Sponsorship is about showing up credibly, not extracting the room.

How do we start?+

Email [email protected] with your timing, who you want to reach, and whether you want a single event or a recurring presence. We will suggest the cleanest starting point instead of forcing a generic package.
