Nature of the Event

AI BEAVERS events, such as build fridays, hackathons, and community meetups, are organized by AI BEAVERS, a brand of AIB Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt). The venue is run independently. We do not control venue conditions or venue rules.

Hackathons also have their own Hackathon Terms, which apply in addition to these terms.

Your Acknowledgments

By registering for an AI BEAVERS event, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years old or older.
• You attend voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You have read and understood these terms.
• The event can be changed or cancelled.
• You cover your own travel and other costs.

Photos and Video

• We take photos and video at our events. They can show your face, voice, and name.
• By attending, you allow AI BEAVERS to use these photos and videos on our website and social channels, and in reports for sponsors and partners, without payment.
• If you do not want to appear, tell the host at check-in. You receive a no-photo marker, and we do not use footage of anyone wearing it.
• To have a photo or clip of you removed later, write to [email protected].

Venue

The venue can have its own rules and conditions. By attending, you follow them.
