What is AI BEAVERS?

AI BEAVERS is a global community of 10,000+ people who build with AI: founders, engineers, designers and first-time builders. We started in Hamburg, Germany, in 2025 and run meetups, hands-on sessions, socials and hackathons through local chapters in Europe and beyond.

Are AI BEAVERS events free?

Yes, core events are free and always will be. Some chapters run optional paid events, but they never replace the free ones. If you RSVP, please show up: no-shows lose their spot.

Do I need to be technical to join?

No. You need something you want to build. Members range from engineers to founders and designers who build with AI tools, and the people around you are there to help you get unstuck.

What kinds of events does AI BEAVERS run?

Tool meetups on Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and voice AI, hands-on sessions such as build fridays, agentic coding studios and setup nights, relaxed formats like agentic coffee and the summer bbq, feedback nights like the roast rounds, a robotics and physical AI club, beginner-friendly AI day-to-day evenings, and hackathons. Each chapter picks the formats that fit its city.

Is AI BEAVERS only in Germany?

No. We started in Hamburg and now have chapters running or launching in cities across Europe, Central Asia and the Americas, plus an online community with members worldwide. Most events run in English.

How do I start a chapter in my city?

Apply to become a host on the Beavership page. Hosts get the event formats, the brand, a playbook and a monthly review with the founders, so every chapter feels like the first room in Hamburg.

How can my company work with AI BEAVERS?

We design, launch and run in-person communities for tech companies, under the company's own brand. See the community building page for what we do and how an engagement starts.
